Volunteer Opportunity #1: Roasting Ears of Corn Festival

The Museum of Indian Culture is looking for volunteers for their annual Roasting Ears of Corn Festival. The festival will be on August 19th and 20th. Lehigh Valley Humanists has supported the museum in the past, and they are right on our adopted highway. We would like to continue our relationship by helping to make their celebration of native culture a success. This will be the first of several opportunities to lend a hand in the coming weeks.

On this event they need our muscle! Ten people are needed Saturday 8/5 at 10 a.m. to put up the canopies on their grounds. Two people are needed Sunday 8/6 at 10 a.m. to clean the springhouse and outdoor pavilion. If you can, please RSVP on the Meetup page and note in the comments which activity you are interested in.
