In keeping with our eight week schedule, we are due to make a blood sacrifice! However, unlike the ancient Mayans or the characters in the old testament, ours will help our fellow humans rather than placate an angry vengeful god. If you're giving whole blood, try for a time near 11 a.m. Allow extra time if you're giving platelets, plasma, or red cells.
