I'm excited to have discovered a hidden gem at the border of Allentown and Bethlehem. Red Hot 1 Chinese Restaurant has a Sichuan menu. I ordered the Chong Qing Spicy Chicken and it was delicious (although I do not recommend it for the sensitive palate). But don't despair, they have a basic Chinese menu as well. I'm looking forward to trying some other unusual dishes.  

Red Hot 1 is BYOB. 

It's not a very big space, so if our group is larger than 12 people, we will have to have two tables, but I think this place is worth a try. As always, newcomers are welcome. So that we may plan appropriately, your RSVP is requested here on our Meetup page.
