This month we’ll dine at Edge, one of the valley’s best restaurants, now open for lunch!

Located in the heart of downtown Bethlehem, Edge delivers a wonderful dining experience in a casual upscale atmosphere. Chef Timothy Widrick uses French & Asian influences in his classic to modern cuisine. Edge has everything you desire in a great eatery: absolutely delectable cuisine, appealing ambiance, cool lighting, plus a low noise level to facilitate our interesting conversations.

Edge has a full bar, including a fantastic wine selection 🍷 and perfectly crafted cocktails 🍹, so there is no need to bring our own this month.

Edge is wheelchair-accessible and has plenty of spaces for us to park in the attached parking deck.

Edge frequently has been voted “Best Dining” in the Morning Call’s Readers’ Choice Awards. So if you are new to Edge, come experience what others are talking about. And/or if you are new to the Lehigh Valley Humanists, come join us and experience our friendly company and intelligent conversation!

***I’d also like to try something new this month. In order to facilitate conversations inclusive of the entire group (I’ve noticed we’ve been having more discussions among small groups the past few months), I’m suggesting we read this article and then bring questions and comments to discuss. Feel free to do so or to ignore; it’s just an idea. 😃 ***

We truly hope you join us this month for some delicious food and our usual intriguing conversations. Newcomers and children always are welcome, just be sure to RSVP here so we can give you a warm welcome!
