This year's big end-of-summer event will be at Hugh Moore park in Easton PA. Our annual picnic is THE event of the year.  If you've never been to an LVH event before, then this is the event you need to attend! 

***Note that the event is on Monday, Labor Day - but still replaces our Speaker Series event for the month.****

Park has lots of wooded areas, a play ground area, canal, (with mule driven boat rides), the D&L bike/hiking trail, and the National Canal Museum! There are bathroom facilities and electricity at the covered pavilion as well.

Payment: 

- FREE for paid or renewing members and first time guests.

- $10 for non-members, (you have the option to sign up for membership at the event if you wish).

- Membership forms will be available, (cash. check, and credit cards accepted!).

Annual membership: 

- Student/limited income $15

- Individual $30

- Family $50

- Life $1,000 

There is NO ALCOHOL allowed at this public park. Pets must be on a leash. 

Food to bring:

LVH will supply meat and vegetarian grillables, drinks and paper products.

A-H, bring salad or side

I-S, bring appetizer

T-Z, bring dessert

(This is only a suggestion - if you have a specialty outside of the perimeters, feel free to bring that instead. We just don't want to have too much of one thing or the other).
